I received this tablet as a replacement and used it for a month while my Wacom Cintique Pro 16 was sent in for minor repairs. I have created many images with the Huion tablet and used it for about 8+ hours on a weekday for a month. I would give this tablet 3.5 stars if I could. Conclusion: You can create professional works with the Huion tablet, but it will be frustrating. You can handle the frustration and I don't think the quality of my final work suffered much from this tablet. This tablet is very difficult to work with lines, but my digital drawings turned out great. I'm very glad I have this tablet for emergencies, even though it's now in storage until I need it. If you can't afford a better tablet, this Huion tablet is a great alternative. But my Wacom is still a lot better, and if you're a pro you should use a better tablet. Photo 1: I like to paint with big brushes, so the parallax doesn't bother me too much when painting. Photo 2+3: You can see how strong the parallax is by tilting the pen slightly. Yes, I calibrated it more than 10 times. Yes, I tried different drivers. The problem is still there. Photo 4. If the pen is pointing straight at the tablet, then everything is fine. But who draws without turning his hand? I ended up calibrating the tablet to match the tilt in the rest position. Cons: - The tilt of the pen drives me crazy. When I hold my tablet completely parallel to the tablet, the cursor aligns. If I press the pen tip against the tablet and tilt the pen (without moving where the pen tip touches the tablet), the brush moves half an inch on the screen. When I tilt and scroll my pen, the cursor is far from the tip. I set up Photoshop so I can see the brush shape where the cursor should be. So if I look at that outline instead of the actual pen tip, I can get strokes in the right place. It's normal for a drawing tablet to have some parallax issues, but this is bad. I have calibrated the Huion tablet many times, downloaded different versions of the drivers, but the tilting problem persists. Google tells me it's on par with this tablet. - I tried a new Photoshop brush with a Huion tablet and thought it was a coincidence. When I got my Wacom back, I found that tilt is all that matters. - Parallax also disappears at the edges. Wacom does have some parallax around the edges, but not as much as this tablet. The spring has a springy/springy feel, which I don't like. Pros: The image looks very sharp and the colors seem accurate. .-I'm impressed that such a cheap tablet can withstand such slight bumps. I've found that my light to medium hits tend to get stronger than usual with other tablets I've used. - Such a price. To be honest, cons included, it's better than a non-display tablet at this price point. I am in love with this stand. My previous tablets were not included. Drawing for hours is much more convenient with a stand. I'll make full use of this stand for my Wacom when it comes back. Neutral: - Just a warning, the USB port to the tablet is pretty tight. It's easy to "connect" it, but don't accidentally fully connect it. If the USB connector is plugged in but not fully seated, the tablet will turn on but the power button will turn red and the screen will go black. --- If they ever fix this stylus tilt, it will be a great tablet. But due to pen tilt issues, my lines suffered a lot. And it was only $280. I'm really glad to have this Huion tablet as a backup. I wish this tablet existed when I was just starting out and couldn't afford the Cintique.
