Very useful platform indeed: TINYpulse Engage

It's good tool that can be used in different ways depending of your needs as it is very flexible if you need something easy like polling users with multiple options etc., but also more advanced features such us surveys management which I haven't seen before from any other system so far (except maybe pollio). The service level monitoring could use some improvement - at least what happens when the support team gets busy during peak hours is not clear enough sometimes since we don’t have access/ visibility into their ticket queue nor do they notify about delays via email directly after tickets were received by them. If there would be one thing that makes TinyPuls better than competitors out there this should definitely be improved! Support was great though never had problems using live chat even outside office time. Easy setup process. Polls design customization made life easier especially while implementing our CRM integration where every user already has his own account info filled up ready just waiting for polls implementation instead of making each new customer fill all details again manually. I like that it is simple and easy to use. It has helped us understand our employees better. The only thing I dislike about TinyPulse is that you can't add a new question if something changes in your mind. If you're looking for a tool that will help you understand your employees, this is a great choice! I am solving problems of understanding my employees better by using TinyPulse.
