We bought this razor about a month ago and it was well packaged in a strong foam lined box. The razor itself and the attachments appear to be well made and the wife seems to love it. It included a holdall which I would have liked to have been most like cloth, but we don't travel so I'll never use it anyway. It's powered by a USB cable, which we couldn't find. Luckily these are general tips and we had one that didn't work, but it did. 3 weeks later DS NET contacted us to make sure we were happy and to contact support if needed. This was a pleasant surprise because for me, customer care is everything in a purchase. I told them over the weekend that we even like the shaver but there is a problem with the cord or lack thereof. They replied within the weekend and a replacement was sent. That is very impressive and very valuable for me. It wasn't a big deal for us, but I like knowing that if we had a problem I wouldn't have to spend hours or days trying to fix it. Thank you DS NO!
