The support team is quick to respond with questions about configuration changes that need be made after implementing ESSM solutions into our ERP system at work! They are also willing & able to implement new software if we have problems/questions related specifically to their products as well!! There isn't anything I really dislike yet from my experience using this solution for over 6 months now; however there should definitely come more features added so it can compete with other similar services offered out-of market by competitors such as IBM Global Technology Services' Smart Support Solution which has been used globally since 2003. A great alternative option compared side of traditional third party consulting companies who charge high prices while offering less benefits than required when implemented correctly throughout all levels within an organization's hierarchy structure. We use ESxsm Solutions product version 4.2 along wtih Microsoft Dynamics GP 2016 platform through Workday integration. The best thing about ESS is that it brings together all the data from different sources into one place for easy access. It also allows us to have more control over our inventory. The software has been very stable and reliable. I do not like how complicated it can be at times. There are some features that are not intuitive and require a lot of time and effort to figure out how to use them. We are solving problems with inventory management and we are able to track our inventory better than before.
