I purchased this item and it worked great on day one. On the second day it started leaking through a pre-drilled hole on the outside of the floor. I have no idea why the hole was drilled and why it didn't leak the first day, but there was no water in it the second day. I went back and asked for a new one - received it within 24 hours which was excellent. It ran and it worked well the first day too. THE SAME HAPPENED ON THE SECOND DAY! Water is everywhere! Below the same hole as in the first block. and water comes out. I can't find any information on why this is happening anywhere and I even emailed the manufacturer who didn't reply to me at all. Has anyone else had this experience? I had to return the second unit to get a refund. It was a really bad experience! Sad face!
