They were REALLY well packaged in a bubble wrap box with peanut wrap and arrived earlier than expected BUT these pills are huge. I have no problem swallowing pills, but it does require a very large gulp of water. 4 tablets is the recommended daily dose. 2 tablets twice a day. UPDATE: The pill size wasn't actually as much of an issue as I expected. The smooth surface makes them slippery when wet, making them easy to slide off. As for the effect, I really think they make a difference! I'm always skeptical of supplements and most of them don't really do anything, but since I started taking them about a week ago I've felt a lot calmer. Life is full of stress right now and that helps take the edge off. Placebo or no, I will continue to take them every day.
