Connector is loose not tight

I have to wiggle the lightning connector in my iPhone jack to get it into the angled position to connect to the iPhone and sometimes it dangles in a different spot. position and it turns off while I'm recording, which is frustrating. I don't have to "flip" my regular charging cable to make it work, so it's not my iPhone's Lightning jack.
