Cable cover/braid not connected to RJ end
The whole point of ordering this kit over a cheaper kit or buying a black phone cord and having two of them was the pre-installed nature and aesthetics of the jacketed cords. The housing was not secured with heat shrink tubing or secured in the RJ connector, so it was loose and worn at the connector end. Which destroys the pure view and makes it meaningless. If I need to fix a cable, I could do it myself.
