I have no problem buying refurbished or refurbished items but I at least think you should let the buyer know what they are buying. It doesn't say anywhere that this is a refurbished item, but it came in a box with this sticker on it. There are also scratches on the base of the headset which I expected after use. However, the headset does not work at all. It doesn't even turn on. So I didn't know I was getting a repaired item, but the repair was still unsuccessful. womp Gladly free returns.
