Review on Coffeemaker Kitfort KT-755, silver by Barbara Kurek ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I can't believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.

I bought the model one of the first when it first entered the market, in February 2022. Exploited planned, 5-6 times a day. No previous problems occurred, everything was cleaned regularly. In October 2022, the coffee grinder jammed for no reason (it stopped spinning, accompanying it with a strong crash). First, I removed the coffee grinder mechanism itself, as in the instructions, but there was nothing extraneous there. Then I dismantled the machine and it turned out that at the gearbox at the junction with the engine, the gear was licked to such a state that the engine stem was slipping. Naturally, the manufacturer refused to simply provide the opportunity to purchase a replacement gearbox assembly, I wrote and called in all possible places: from the manufacturer's website to service centers. So now I have to order the gear undercut myself. I could have initially applied for a guarantee, but there is no desire to remain without coffee at all and waste time traveling. In addition, there is a possibility that the knot will quickly break again, because. no exceptional events occurred. In general, the quality of the metal speaks for itself (see photo 3), which is surprising, given the price of the device. I highly do not recommend the product. - I am ating my review after 6 months. The past failure is unpleasant, but in general it is nonsense. You can live without a coffee grinder, or you can finish it up to a normal mechanism. But now, six months later, the plastic groove of the horn holder has already broken off (see photo 2). At the same time, the part is cast absolutely amazingly - not only are the points of greatest stress made of flimsy plastic, but also it will be almost impossible to carve a replacement from normal material (see photo 1), because the overall geometry of the part is very complex and monolithic.

Pros
  • Metal elements of the body, the quality of the coffee while it worked
