The platform is very easy to use and understand. We have been able to automate many of our processes and the customer support is excellent. When we've found a glitch or issue, it is fixed very quickly. There are some bugs in the platform and some features are not fully functional, but these are being worked on. It is best to test out the platform and see if it meets your needs. We were able to automate our accounting processes and create a more efficient process. This has increased our efficiency, which is a good thing.
