This router is great for my family's home use. Setup is beyond easy, and in less than 5 minutes, three wireless SIDs are running on the same connection with smart connectivity as well as guest networks. Smart Connect provides seamless routing of connections and transparently balances network loads across Wi-Fi transceivers. The included speed test shows the router running at the maximum bandwidth provided by my ISP with over 20 wireless home computing devices, including streaming tablets, FireSticks, Chromecast, Chromebooks, phones, laptops, Xbox, NAS, and home office, every time Remote desktop for work that my newest Nighthawk Smart WiFi Router - AC1750 failed. It may be apples to oranges, but the AC4000 hasn't just solved all of my network problems. TP-Link provides homecare antivirus, parental controls and quality of service through microtrends. My last router only offered free trials, and if you haven't signed up or the trial has ended, you'll be inundated with ads every time you log into the router. to make your home network easier.
