The right product for me, the price suited me.

The Mazda 3 I had before had ecopia breeches; I had hoped the conti would be quieter and more comfortable, but I haven't noticed any significant difference between the two; the noise is the same, but the soundproofing of the car itself affects more. My overall impressions after the first season of ownership are mixed; perhaps I didn't get the right size for such rubber, or perhaps the Mazda isn't the same, but something spectacular didn't happen; the wheels are like

Pros
  • You won't even notice puddles on the new rubber; the water simply drains to the side.
Cons
  • The primary issue is the accumulation of small stones from the road, which collects everything and scatters it along the arches; this is really frustrating because the road itself appears to be clean, but the noise from the sand is extremely loud. I got a new pair of winter boots and decided to take off the conti for the season. I washed it and tried to pick out the pebbles from the tread, but they had imprinted into the rubber itself. Big ones, little ones, they were all pressed into the rubber itself.
