I just received the case today, so no detailed usage description yet. I wanted to give a brief description to allay any fears people might have of a phone case - The elastic pieces on each side are more than enough to fit any medium sized case on any phone up to Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ into this holster maybe even fitting something like the OtterBox Defender and most thin and medium cases on the Note 8. I have a Note 8 with a Spigen Tough Armor Galaxy Note 8 case with stand and I had no problem getting it in and out it out of this holster. It is securely attached yet easy to remove. As I said, I just received it, so I can't comment on the belt clip or belt loops yet. The hinges look a little flimsy, but time will tell how well they hold up. If I have any glitches I will come back here and update my review (I really will!). The magnetic closure feels secure, with just enough force to open it without the fear of accidentally flipping it like I've found with several other holsters. The overall look of the holster is appealing, with the tan color on the inside contrasting with the black on the outside, giving it a certain "premium" or "luxury" feel. I am very satisfied with both the look and the functionality :)
