Efficient Gas Cap Solution

This cap was a cost effective and efficient solution to help pass the pressure leak testing step of emissions testing. It only gets three stars because there's no tape or clip to attach it to the car, so now I have to hold the gas cap every time I fill up (which I find extremely annoying).
