Claimed properties

I bought this unit to power my microwave and coffee pot in my RV. My only problem is that the device shows OPEN GROUND when checked with OK CHECKER. But the device IS grounded and it has been verified with an ohmmeter that all ground points are connected? The block works perfectly. I recommend this 2000w pure sine wave device.
