ice packs don't stay cold for too long
Both an advantage and disadvantage. they do not get too cold or stay cold too long, so you don't have to worry about falling asleep with the ice packs in. For me the ice packs lost their cold after about 10 minutes, less than the 15-20 my PT suggests.
