Review on Samsung S34J55W 34 Inch Ultrawide LS34J550WQNXZA: Enhanced 75Hz Flicker-Free Display with Tilt Adjustment and Ultrawide Screen by Robert Robinson

I ordered this monitor because I was upgrading from a dual 22-inch monitor setup to a single ultra-wide monitor and needed picture-by-picture (PBP) functionality to share the screen. Please note that I only use this monitor for work, so I cannot comment on the gaming aspect. The first monitor I received was defective - the monitor kept turning on and off. I tried experimenting with different cables, hubs, and laptops before realizing the issue was with the monitor itself. Revain sent me a replacement and the new one worked like a charm once I had the right hub (I recommend the CalDigit Element Hub for Mac users) and the right cables for my laptop. The picture and screen quality is good, but not overwhelming. and the lack of height adjustment is a little annoying. But as I said, I was primarily looking for a relatively cheap ultra-wide monitor with PBP support and this one fitted the bill. I would recommend this monitor as the price is really competitive for this feature. yes, and most importantly, compatibility with my macbook pro.
