This toothbrush works really well because my cat tries to chew the chicken flavored toothpaste off the brush. The bristles covering 360° on the end that goes in the cat's mouth means that even if the cat moves or chews, as long as you put the toothbrush in the cat's mouth, it's likely to come into contact with you somewhere . I recently added a tiny finger brush that doesn't look like a thimble, it's your brush sliding on your finger. I only keep it because I feel it doesn't stick securely enough to my finger to clean well. I use it to get between the jaws in the back molars.
