I was delivered a semi frameless glass shower door, I didn't have space inside so the couriers left it outside. But it wasn't easy bringing two HUGE pieces of glass into the house, the instructions said this type of device was a must, the old me would have said no, I'm glad I didn't listen to the old me. After reading reviews of many glass suction cups, this pair received incredible reviews and weren't overly expensive. These suckers lived up to reviews and more. I was so happy when my friend and I were able to fit the glass in and install it with no scratches, dents or scratches. This saved the day, we were able to fit the glass into the rail without losing toes or legs. The suction power is excellent. Two piece 30"x72" and 32"x72" glass in 3/8" glass. The combined weight of both was 165# (or 5 pounds less than me). These suction units did the job for 800 glass doors $ Do I still need them, maybe yes or maybe not? I have two sliding glass patio doors and I think they might come in handy. Regardless, for $23 you can't beat them. <dance merrily here!>
