I recently got back into cross stitching. I needed thread, and since I'm a fairly experienced crafter, of course I knew I would need an organizer, wrapping cards, and a few other items. It was much more convenient and cheaper to buy this well put together supply box. It would be much more expensive to buy each component and then assemble it yourself. The really nice thing is that not only are the threads already wrapped around the cards, but the cards are also printed with the appropriate DMC numbers. You won't find this in a craft store! Good fleece quality. The first project I used this kit on had a red thread and even after water spraying and pressing there was no color bleeding, I heartily recommend it.
