I love that it has an active community, which means you can ask questions about your software without getting scammed or having to sign up for something else just so people will help answer any potential question in one place! There are also tutorials online with howto's etc if needed as well. Nothing really dislike but perhaps they could make more of features like uploading files from mobile device by attaching pictures directly into documents/files instead creating extra links? Its very easy using this program once downloaded its pretty quick setup. Using multiple computers all synced together when working remotely via google drive was extremely simple thanks mainly due too simplicity (it doesnt have many bells & whistles) in order to use everything we need from each computer easily accessible through our shared drives - no messing around downloading different apps ect at separate times and then finding them again later. I like the layout of the program. It is easy to navigate and the search feature is very helpful. I also like that it is compatible with both Windows and Mac. The program is not very intuitive. It is a little hard to navigate and it is not very user friendly. I would recommend using a tutorial to learn how to use the program. I am solving the problem of keeping track of files and documents in the office.
