I recommend going down a size
I ordered a size XXL based on my chest size and reviews stating that the sizes run tight. However, that was not the case for me. The XXL is too big and does not suck in my stomach as much. It is loose in the back and I have to constantly pull it up because it slides down. Disappointed with the size chart and size recommendations.
