Bought to practice sewing. It's very strong (I've tried unsuccessfully to tear off a few pieces with my bare hands), but it's also very stiff. For example, you can hold a decent sized piece around the corner and it won't tip over at all. This is really good if you want something that will hold its shape. However, not so good for everything you turn inside out and such. It's not impossible - I was able to push the fabric through with an eraser on the end of a pencil and a lot of patience and determination - but it's a long and painful process and the hole can't be closed cleanly. Even if you don't have a really sharp needle, sewing multiple layers of this material together can be painful. However, the result is reliable autofocus. Plus a great color palette. I'm giving it four stars because it's pretty solid for what it is. Just remember that this "hard" is meant literally.
