My teeth are too sensitive. I can't put white strips in because they cause throbbing, stabbing pain all over the tooth. I hate this. I can't professionally ether whiten my teeth because they are too sensitive to cold, heat or bleach. BUT IT saves me. Since I apply toothpaste first and then gel, I brush constantly and it relieves the pain. It bleaches them but not to the point of making them look fake, it makes them cleaner and shinier. I seriously recommend it to anyone with sensitive teeth.
