It is easy to install & operate using web browser (also compatible in mobile). Very helpful for managing employees online as well offline data also supported like absence information etc., good integration across different systems and best option available at low cost. no any issues during its implementation process but need more powerful hardware so it will be fast to load pages when running few applications simultaneously or heavy traffic websites etc. I like how easy it is to set up new employees or existing ones for payroll purposes as well as tracking hours worked per pay period. Sometimes there's lag between when an employee logs in versus their actual work day but this may just be my computer being slow at times. We have used Paychex before so we were able to get our HR info from them already which helped us integrate into the web-based application seamlessly!
