I'm amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I replaced my 3080 Ti FTW3 with a small surcharge. I don’t plan to switch to 40 series, there are a lot of problems with them and they look ugly IMHO. This is my seventh EVGA card, so I decided to sit on it until series 50 for now, and then I'll assemble the outline.

Replacing the gaskets is not necessary if you do not experience any problems with cooling. Everything works great stock. If you suddenly decide to take it apart - see my post on replacing the thermal interface in the comments below.

Regarding the fan, this card uses bearing fans marked PLD09220S12H. If you decide to make a replacement - order only such ones, other analogues from previous versions of the PLA / PLB type will not work! They will not work correctly.

The problem with vbios was solved, when it was not allowed into BIOS with a connected displayport. At 3080 Ti has not been ated for a long time, so the problem remained. This is no longer here.

In general, I am very pleased with the transition, for my tasks with a huge margin. But I see no reason to buy it as a new card with the release of 40 series.

Pros

- Best and latest EVGA card - The coldest, even compared to the previous series - Thermal interface in stock is better, no thermal putti (liquid thermal pads), now all main thermal pads are 2mm. - Evaporation chamber, temperatures do not exceed 60g everywhere. - Connection on the side with a connector as on the 40 series (but not identical) - Overclocking capabilities are already an order of magnitude higher compared to the previous series, where it was not at all. +1000mem +100core is easy.

Cons

- The middle turntable died in a couple of weeks - the bearing. Problem with all Power Logic fans. I ordered new ones, I use a card without a middle turntable. Even in this form, temperatures in games do not rise above 64 on the chip and above 60 on everything else. - Zhor 500 W in stock - It makes no sense to buy now (end of January 2023), since 40 series will run 25%+ in performance
