How could such a bad product be made?

After a month and a half of ownership and infrequent tightening of screws in the car, the tip of the screwdriver unscrewed from the handle.
The bolt on which it was held is visible (it sticks out of the handle), but if you take the handle in your hand, this bolt falls inward, it does not hold. Accordingly, it is not possible to screw the sting back to the handle. Somehow I put it all together, but the screwdriver is no longer suitable for use - the sting dangles
Yes, and a very strange design was invented: when working with a screwdriver for screwing, it itself unwound. This is clearly a design flaw. Makita made a disgusting product. Not expected.

Pros

The screwdriver itself inspires confidence in reliability: clear reverse switches, an excellent comfortable handle. Bits with clear edges and well-read markings. The body of the case has rubber inserts at the bottom for secure fixation on smooth surfaces.
