Great way to make ravioli!
I love ravioli. I hate making ravioli! This gadget completely changed my way of making ravioli. It's very easy to use and works great every time. One batch makes 37 small ravioli. I drizzle olive oil on them to keep the ravioli from sticking together. I make pasta dough with a pasta machine and then place the strips on the machine. Add 1/2 teaspoon of filling, then cover with the top sheet. Roll out with a rolling pin. Then I use the leftover scraps to make egg noodles!
