FREE cleaning and repair

I was glad to get this product to clean my laptop keyboard and dashboard. Just getting the product out of the individual packaging wasn't easy. The product is loose and "drip". I ran it across the keyboard with little fluff and crumbs; Nothing. Tried on my car; Nothing. The same crumbs and fluff on the surfaces, and the gel looked the same as it came out of the box (nothing stuck to it). It just doesn't work. I would not buy this particular brand of product again.
