This handheld fan is very well made. The material and the bindings are top-not quality. It is a little on the expensive side but if you collect fans or other things of this nature you might just pay the extra for it if you like it enough. I gave the fan three stars only because it says in light it will become holographic, I have tried every single light, natural light, plant light, black light, light bulb, and even an LED bright white bulb, and I can just barely see a shimmer. I know it says it's for a rave and I'm assuming because there's so many lights there that reflects off and creates that holographic look, but I'm not sure. Overall, it's a nice fan, but I am very disappointed that I could not get the holographics to come out. I'm not sure in the listing pictures how they got that to be looking like that and there are no instructions or any hints or ideas on how to create that same look. For me that is very disappointing. It does make the snapping noise when you open it and close it, which I absolutely love that. If nothing else, it's a great fan, if you're sitting outside for whatever reason and you do not have access to air conditioning, this is perfect. However, I just don't think you'd want to have this outside for just any we willy-nilly thing given how much it cost, but that's just me. It does create good air flow.
