I looked at several flat recessed LED lights before buying them. What caught my attention was the aluminum wire box. Many others were plastic, which didn't seem so safe. The cabinet door didn't stay closed like it was supposed to when all the wires were connected, so I just sealed it with tape. The rest of the installation went fine. I bought a 6" round drill bit to help. These lights look very nice when installed and they are quite bright. The picture shows where I replaced the spotlights with these under the eaves. I only set them to 25% in the picture and they make a lot of light. They are configured with a smart dimmable switch from Kasa. It looks way better and diffuses the light better than ugly headlights. These lights are highly recommended. I would buy them again.
