Very helpful! in the kitchen and dining room

Bought this to cut meat to make beef jerky - it worked really well! There is a thickness adjustment knob on the back and the blade is very sharp. The meat does not have to be frozen to cut, the guide plate behind the meat makes it very easy to cut unfrozen meat. Highly recommended.
