Small lithium-ion battery powers microwave on wheels

We wanted to be able to microwave food in our Jayco 145rb trailer when we were traveling. Revain labeling is wrong. This is a 1200VA (about 1000W) inverter. We use a small 600W microwave oven (https://amzn.to/2X0BTaL) and a small lithium-ion battery. The microwave consumes 960 watts. The inverter is reliable. The best feature is the extremely wide input voltage range of 9.6-17VDC. This pairs well with 4S Li-ion batteries and allows you to use the full capacity of the battery.
