Using this product, our team found that the plates were very thin and had little resistance to breakage. While they were easy to stack and store, the plates shattered easily when dropped or even lightly bumped. The only positive aspect of these plates was their simple design. Overall, we do not recommend this product for commercial use as they do not meet the durability standards necessary for foodservice environments..
