You will be asked to pay extra for many functions that do not work. Doesn't connect to the internet, so it won't connect to the phone through the app. The remote control was taken with a steak knife to open it. When I finally got the job done and put the batteries in, the remote didn't work. When I ordered this vacuum cleaner, I was not aware that I had already tested a TECBOT vacuum robot. I never managed to connect this vacuum cleaner to the internet or the interface. with your application. This current vacuum cleaner also does not connect to the internet. Judging by the reviews, this is a common problem with this vacuum cleaner. It tells if you have a ladder or fall down to put up a fence. Every other brand of robot vacuum I've used in the past can detect a fall and just turn around. That has never been a problem. The operating time of this vacuum cleaner should be around 120-150 minutes. I have 30 minutes left. And those 30 minutes involve constant caring on my part. This vacuum cleaner has a high profile. It gets stuck under the dishwasher, cupboards, the refrigerator and just about anywhere it can find it. Since my house has been "robot-vacuum-ready" for years, this constant getting caught under everything is really annoying. Over the years I've had several different brands of robot vacuums that have worked on a daily basis with no issues. This isn't one of them. If it doesn't hang, after a few minutes it will tell me that its runtime has expired and it will return to base. I had to unplug the charger and home base to run the vacuum for more than 2 minutes at a time. The longest run time without telling me the end of a cycle is now less than 15 minutes. I have to turn the vacuum on manually to charge it. After the first use, the rotating brush was already clogged with my long hair. I had to cut and pull for a long time to get the hair out of the brush. I have been using ILife robot vacuums in my house for a number of years. They don't have a central rotating brush to clog the hair. The maintenance effort is minimal. But they do their job very well. The first Techbot vacuum worked in manual mode for two weeks and then died. He lost the ability to secure himself. It just kept crashing into a wall, door, or closet until I grabbed it and turned it off. I finished. I have tried two vacuums from this company and both were terrible. I cannot recommend this vacuum cleaner.
