Installs in 30 minutes. The package arrived complete. Fits perfectly on my car. No permanent changes to my car. Direct replacement for the original air filter kit. I can't feel the actual power increase as expected but the sound is great! Installed on a Honda Civic Si (99) and at idle the sound is the same as factory, the same with gradual presses. the gas pedal also when you rev it up to the redline (if you gradually increase it the noise will be like factory) but when you press it you will hear a loud noise especially when the Vtec activates almost to the redline. :) It should be noted that after turning off the engine you will hear the filter sucking in air for at least a few seconds, which the forums call normal.
