Best for making masks to adjust straps for a comfortable fit

These little silicone cord ties are great for masks! Pros: They're soft and small so they don't get in the way behind the ears or head like big buttons (I tried them too) - they're easy to move around to ensure the best possible fit from person to person or even day for day for the same person. . I've tried several methods and the best was using a needle threader. It's so small I couldn't use thicker thread/elastic which is fine but I used strips of cotton material for the threads and they are too thick to go through. .
