My 120 gallon tank is cloudy

I've used half the recommended dose in two weeks: two water changes when I've removed at least 60 gallons of water from the tank. When I filled my tank, the water was cloudy for two days. Pooh. The fish above want oxygen. I have not lost any fish but will no longer use this product.
