I bought the SD-V391 for my son for Christmas. I chose Toshiba because I thought it was a better and more reliable brand. The day after Christmas he called me and said the machine had snatched the DVD and wasn't throwing it away. He eventually found that unplugging the device restarted it and he was able to remove the DVD. I contacted Revane who was great. They immediately sent a replacement which I received two days later. That works great. Aside from the frustration of having a broken Christmas present and having to wait extra days before returning the broken one, we're happy.
