At first I had the worst time trying to get it to work hence the deduction of one star. I wanted to use it on one monitor as an extended monitor with my laptop as the main monitor. I had to contact their support team, but as far as I can tell I only heard from them after giving a star here on Revain (which I don't normally do). Anyway it works now! It turns out that another monitor had to be selected as the "primary monitor" for it to work. At the moment I only duplicate monitors with this effect. I've been told I can use my laptop monitor as an extended monitor, but I have yet to try that. By the way, I use this touch frame on a big monitor to create live music. One thing that takes some getting used to is that touch response can be activated before actually touching the screen. Otherwise it's pretty cool!
