I track two things: steps and sleep. I also love counting swims and when I use an app that breaks my activities down into soccer, running, etc. I love it. But my results are steps and sleep. I prefer to look at activity stages and sort sleep into deep, light and waking sleep and group it into weeks and months. Garmin Connect makes that possible, but by no means everything. But it makes my bottom line. I've had to drop some trackers because they have sensors on the side of the skin that cause irritation and bruising, but I don't think the Vivofit will be one of those.
