I bought this dish tray with lid because I have a cockroach problem and was looking for a way to protect my dishes. However, I wash each item before use just to be sure. I was hoping this would work to protect my dishes but I just found roaches in the tray. These are very small cockroaches. Maybe the big ones couldn't get in, but the lid doesn't close tight enough to keep the little ones out. Very disappointed because it's worth over $12 to me. So far, zip-lock bags are the only really working can of sealant. I give one star because it doesn't work for my purposes. Others who just need to keep dust or travel with their paraphernalia may be better off. And yes, I struggle to get rid of cockroaches.
