This is a really good hair dryer for the money. I didn't pay for it so I don't want to mislead, but I VERIFIED the price. I will give it to my adult daughter for her birthday. It will be great for her long hair. I like it a lot myself. A star was deducted in the categories "simple" and "easy to use" because it wasn't a full 5 stars in my circumstances. I have autoimmune arthritis and holding it in my hand because of the shape I had to shake my hand(s) several times, my fingers were very sore. It wasn't just one of those things, it was a combination. Shape and weight mean too much to me, but it's NOT useless. Just uncomfortable and a bit slow in my hands. I have curly hair that can be straightened into waves with a good blow dryer. This is the same dryer. Ionic hair dryers seem to dry faster and this hair dryer doesn't cause frizz. This is my pick for wavy hair days. I have a special dryer with a diffuser for curly days.
