Review on Nutro Ultra Proteins Chicken Salmon Dogs for Food by Liz Taylor

I started feeding my dogs Nutro Max large breed dog food over 14 years ago on the advice of my dog's breeder. We had a good time and my dogs liked the food. Their fur was shiny and they were in good health. Now this "new" recipe, which includes dried vegetables and fruits, sunflower oil, whole flax and chia seeds, and dried coconut, is totally unacceptable. My dog is a dog and does not like or eat fruit, vegetables or seeds. The ingredients may be of the same quality, but I doubt it since my dog practically does not eat this new food. It's impossible to find food that doesn't conform to this outlandish human recipe. I am financially and physically unable to buy a dog, cook and decide how much to feed to keep him healthy. I can't criticize you enough for trying to feed my dog lovers food. He is a dog, a predator. A simple chicken and oatmeal recipe worked great for him. Now his bowel movements are loose and difficult to pick up.
