I was really hoping this would help with chronic back pain. The reviews were so fantastic I had to guess, it was too good to be true. It is too bulky and heavy to use alone. It moves too much during the vibration and I can't put enough pressure on the sore spot. Put everything aside. The handle came loose when I tried to use it due to vibration I believe. Pooh! It was very unsettling to look down and see what appeared to be a bunch of blood all over that thing and wonder if I had been hurt in any way. nope! The red substance came out from under the pen. I'm not sure what it is, but it's covered in plaster and there's a lot of it. Looks like a murder weapon! There is also a sticker with a kind of Chinese character hidden under the handle. I don't know if they are trying to hide the fact that it was made in China. I don't care where it was made as long as it works and doesn't make me a suspect in an unknown murder case! This red material is at best a kind of glue. If so, a quality product isn't going to fall apart that easily, so it's clearly not a quality product and definitely not worth $50!
