Never write a review, but this product deserves it. It was always a stuffy cold in the house, this device WORKS, no more stuffy cold lol. I'm buying a second one so I don't have to move from the bedroom to the living room every day. Siblings persuaded to buy, they are also amazed how well it works and they sleep much better too, they 100% agreed with me the device is 10. The fan is amazing, not too loud at low speed and blows hard at full throttle. live in fl and this device helps to cool the room, all positive! Best value for money and highly recommended on the market with a lot of choice, I was confused and did a lot of reading before buying. They have excellent customer service, the best 5 years. Guarantee and an American company, not Chinese junk. Sleep mode is great, no light, and it's nice not having the UV and ION running, which I don't think I need to do all the time. It is well made and convincing. Make sure the batches of TRUE HEPA are not. Please investigate. Only negative for me, I would like it in black. Hope this helps with your decision. Much luck.
