These worked great! They really did a good job of keeping most of the litter contained. I still have a bit of litter outside of these mats but compared to what I had before the mats, it was significantly less. They are also pretty good when it comes to being water resistant as I had a couple of "accidents" on these mats (UTI issues, nothing to do with the mats) and they did a good job of keeping the accidents contained within the mat, there was a little seepage along the edges but it was a small amount.
