Review on Bgears B Vigor Tower Front Tempered by Nick Tucker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A great case for budget builds with a full glass panel and easy to clean venting.

This case is great because it packs so much into so little space. There's room for everything you might need, although it's not a very large suitcase. A magnetic shield is attached to each ventilation zone to make cleaning easier. It has plenty of airflow options, but unfortunately not many on the front of the case, meaning drawing air from the top and back is the most efficient method. The case features 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports integrated into the top of the case, along with audio. It rests on four short legs that keep it on a flat surface and has a ventilation area on the bottom next to the power supply. The main attraction is the tempered glass side panel that occupies the entire right side of the case. The glass is slightly greyish and is held in place with four screws in each corner. While I like the smoky gray look and the full height panel, I don't like the fact that the glass is too big for the body. In one of my photos you can see that the glass actually extends over the bottom of the case and almost to the legs. This makes the whole thing a bit cheap and restricts the airflow coming out of the PSU opening area. It's not a big problem, but it's boring. That's still a lot for a budget case with a full glass panel, and the magnetic screens and LED strip are nice touches. If you don't mind what the glass panel looks like, I'd recommend it for a mid-size build at this price point.

Pros
  • Tempered Glass Side Panel
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
