I live in Seattle where it is very rainy, and the cover held up well in the beginning (summer) and then started leaking straight through! Less than a year in and it is soaking through in areas despite the couch it was covering being underneath a roof for the rainy seasons. I had it out in the rain briefly to clean my deck and looked under the cover and there were pools of water. The cover had no rips or tears and was well cared for. I went to the store website and got on chat, I put in a request for warranty information which was soon labeled "read" and then received no comments whatsoever. I kept adding to the chat every now and then and checked it for a few hours and zero response. I also emailed the company for warranty information and got no response. Bad customer service! Visually it seemed like a durable cover and the black was nice, but I need waterproof.
